Mike Gugliuzza joined NelsonHill in 2016 focusing on Marketing and Brand Strategy. Mike’s charge is to work with the NelsonHill brokers creating specialized marketing collateral for clients and ensuring each broker’s messaging reflects the NelsonHill value proposition. Mike’s understanding of the effectiveness of Social Media tools and the innovative ways to utilize them enables its brokers to connect with the community on another level. In his role, Mike also implements online communication tools, works on customized advertising campaigns and ensures brand penetration and brand integrity.
Mike brings an extensive knowledge of communications in media to the firm. As a practiced photographer and marketing designer, Mike creates value for NelsonHill’s clients by displaying every property in its best light. Mike has extensive experience working with InDesign, social media, photography, data analysis and management.
A graduate of the Moody Bible Institute, Mike was published by DNA Info, ABC and WCIU for his “Chicago Meet Your City” project in 2015 where he documented, through photography, the people of Chicago’s 77 neighborhoods.
